An excellent service from A Matter of Security to install a new house alarm. Ryan was very organised and left everything tidy. He also left a small video showing how to set the alarm which was so helpful.

I was introduced to AMOS through a mutual contact after moving into a new property and looking for a high-end alarm and CCTV system. During the initial site visit, I met with Jamie, who conducted himself with great professionalism and provided a clear, detailed explanation of what was required. While AMOS’s pricing wasn’t the lowest, it was very competitive—especially compared to premium brands such as Banham.
On the day of installation, Jamie’s business partner Tobey and their senior installer, Ryan, arrived and exceeded all expectations. Their workmanship was exceptional, with meticulous cable management and a clean, efficient installation process. What truly set them apart was the time and care they took to walk me through every aspect of the system—no detail was overlooked.

An engineer attended my premises for planned maintenance. He arrived at the time I was told, he was friendly and efficient, and he did what he needed to do. I have no complaints at all. I was very happy witht he service.
