Domestic Annual Preventative Maintenance Charges & Changes 2021/2022

A Matter of Security service and maintenance costs have remained the same since 2019, but following a rise in supplier costs including charges from suppliers including alarm receiving centres and cloud based service we have had to make a decision to increase our annual maintenance charges.

Domestic Audible or Bells Only Systems

Customers who are classified an bells only or audible only alarm systems currently paying £89.00 + VAT per year will have a £10.00 increase to their annual servicing charge. From 1st November 2021 all bells only or audible only systems will be charged £99.00 + VAT for their annual preventative maintenance.

Mayflower alarm customers currently paying £75.00 + VAT will also have their alarm system service charge increased to £99.00 + VAT from the 1st November 2021 also.

Cloud Based Alarm Systems

Customers whose alarm systems are connected to our cloud based services including Home-control and ProControl systems currently paying £149.00 + VAT will have a £10.00 increase on their service charges. From 1st November 2021 all cloud based alarm systems will be charged £159.00 + VAT for their annual preventative maintenance.

This will include you annual subscription to the smart device APP’s.

Domestic Fully Monitored Alarm Systems

Customers whose alarm systems are connected to our 24 hour monitoring station and classified as ‘fully monitored’ connect through various different communications modules. These can be with various different modules. Our alarm receiving centre have increased their communication costs.

Customers on single path communication devices including CSL digicom and CSL digiair currently paying £240.00 + VAT. From 1st November 2021 all single path systems will be charged £270.00 + VAT.

Customers on dual path communication including CSL Dualcom and CSL IP systems currently paying £360.00 + VAT. From 1st November 2021 all dual path systems will be charged £400.00 + VAT

Domestic CCTV System

There will be an annual increase of £20.00 + VAT from £130.00 + VAT to £150.00 + VAT for domestic customers whose CCTV systems are connected to our secure cloud based server allowing remote access .

Our preventive maintenance visit still includes all off the added benefits including firmware upgrades to ensure that the equipment is kept up to date with the fast pace changes of your iPhone and Android devices.

Domestic Gate Servicing

Having your gate serviced is key to keeping them safe and reliable and forms part of the requirements for the 2008 machinery directive, the regulation that all gates need to comply too.

As a gate owner it is your responsibility to keep your gates well maintained, serviced and with an up to date force test certificate.

The force test is a key part to owning an electrical gate, some insurance companies require an up to date force test certificate.
