The customers already had an alarm system installed but was looking to upgrade the existing system to extend the coverage after recent building and renovation works and also to have the ability to control the system from their smart phones.
By incorporating the existing wiring, we extensively upgraded the alarm system to include the latest TEXECOM alarm equipment and TEXECOM ricochet mesh technology to protect unprotected areas and also to provide an external intruder alarm.
The intruder alarm also included connection to our 24-hour remote monitoring station / alarm receiving centre.
The latest TEXECOM connect APP was supplied for remote access, now the intruder alarm system can be controlled from anywhere in the world.
The system complies to all standards and am SSAIB certificate was issued on completion.
